All natural Kidfresh meals giveaway. 3 winners

It is amazing how much my kids love junk food and sweets. If my toddler was allowed, she would eat nothing but sweets the entire day. She would start her day with M&Ms and finish it with a tub of chocolate ice-cream.

I have tried introducing conditions, such as, “if you eat your broccoli and meat, you will get a candy”. She stares at the food and closes her mouth with her hand as I attempt to feed her. “No, I want both, broccoli AND candy. Both of dehm. I won’t eat the candy, I will only hold it”. This sounds hard to believe but after a negotiation long enough for the meal to get cold, I give in and hand her a yellow M&M “just to hold”. She keeps her word, clenching the candy in the fist and hiding it behind her back just in case I change my mind. While she is so concentrated on making sure the candy stays with her, I manage to get a couple of pieces of meat and broccoli in her. A couple of more vegetable pieces get consumed while playing with a sticker book and building a tower from paper cups.

The problem is that I don’t always have an hour to feed one child. How easy would it be if the kids sat at the table and ate themselves? Especially after I pick them up from school.

One of the solutions is Kidfresh’s all natural food for kids. It is sold in the freezer section and incorporates hidden vegetables, nutrition and taste. The meals, ready in 4 minutes, come high in protein and vitamins, contain low sodium, and all for under 400 calories with great taste that kids love.

I was especially excited that vegetables are mashed and added to the Kidfresh meals. This means my kids will eat their veggies without a battle. Totally Twisted Pasta + Meatballs, for example, has hidden tomatoes, onions, sweet potatoes, carrots, and celery. Even Mac and cheese (Wagon Wheels Mac + Cheese) has some hidden carrots.

My preschooler certaiinly enjoyed her Kidfresh meal. She had no idea that the meal included one half cup of pureed vegetables in the marinara:

Chicken that is used in Kidfresh meals was raised without antibiotics. No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives are ever used in preparation of these meals.  Brown rice is used along with white rice in the Rainbow Rice + Chicken which is a good source of whole grain. I would love to see the pasta dishes made with whole grain wheat, though.
