My kids in the pinestraw

Local high school had a fund raising event – they were selling pine straw. So, our entire neighborhood was busy on Saturday laying down pine straw. Masha and Svetlana played in it, played with it, and even helped. Note that Masha has gloves on on the last picture.

We were lucky to finish on Saturday since it was raining cats and dogs on Sunday. And hailing today. Our yard definitely looks nicer now. Now I just need to plant flowers. I have been planning this for many years. Maybe this year, this plan will come to fruition…
