Wordless Saturday: making mousse

Not sure if there is such thing as wordless Saturday but I am declaring one for today. It will be about chocolate mousse.

I still don’t know how to make it, though.

My daughter loves making it. Especially, early in the morning.

We recently tried to make it again. I think we just used some heavy cream we whipped ourselves, melted chocolate, and sugar.  It did not turn out very well, but we ate it anyway. How can you resist a mixture of chocolate, heavy cream, and sugar?

Do you have a good mousse recipe, preferably, an easy one?

Ok, I guess I cannot be wordless. Maybe I will learn by Wednesday.
