On the Siberian beach

Nothing makes my kids happier than playing with sand and water. Sand and water tables do not hold their interest, though. They want a lot of water and a lot of sand.
Beach was by far their favorite place to go to when we visited my family in Siberia this summer. The water was ice-cold. Occasionally, teenagers would jump in the water with the sole purpose of having their picture taken.
The girls would get excited about the waves created by boats passing by. This one on the picture was apparently one seat short, so one passenger had to seat on top. The boat was going pretty fast. These guys are definitely living dangerously.
